Frame & Picture Shoppe celebrated its 10th Aniversary in 2006. Kimberley Breil, CPF, has been framing for over 23 years. Kimberley is a member
of the Professional Picture Framer's Association where she became a judge in 2001 for the New
England Chapter, and was recently approved as a National Judge for Framing Competitions,
one of approximately 68 currently listed in the U.S. She is also a member of the American Craft Council and Embroiderer's Guild of America. Kimberley was voted Valley Advocate Readers
Poll, Best of Valley in 2007 and Best of Springfield, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Kimberley was selected as Judge for the International PRINT Framing Competition held
